SCEPTRE E195BV-HD Review: I do location video production and was looking for a poor man's HD display (monitor). This is the only unit of its type (a consumer LCD TV--it's still an LCD even though its illuminated by LEDs) that has a comparatively fast response time (2 ms) to minimize pixel blurring with fast-moving objects or fast camera panning.
